Summer is in full swing, and it makes me happy to be feasting on all warm weather stuff like fish tacos, agua de frescas, homemade strawberry lemonade, strawberry shortcake, chips with homemade guacamole, and all the grilled meat.
One of my favorite things is a big Panzanella salad. What’s not to love about a salad that boasts of bigger pieces of crusty, toasty, yet also soft and flavorful bread sopping up all the yummy dressing to compete with the veggies in the mix?! Panzanella is a bread salad. Need I say more? Ina Garten has a great recipe, but of course she does. 🙂
