Since I’m into self-help stuff and love the structure of having two podcasters talk to each other instead of just having one person rambling, my favorite podcast is “Happier” by Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth Craft. Have you heard of it?
This podcast has been completely life changing for me. I’ve listened to every. single. episode.
Stuff I’ve implemented personally:
I started getting obsessed with having a signature color. Now it makes it super easy for me to choose accessories. My phone case, favorite purse, binder, and even my water bottle are my signature color. It makes it fun any time I go shopping or even when I travel because I’m always on a hunt to find my color. It also makes it a fun challenge because my signature color isn’t easy to find. My signature color also helps my friends find gifts for me. When they see it, they know for sure I would love it.

Starting a group-
When I moved to a new city temporarily for my husband’s job, I started a Facebook mom’s group. I didn’t find any mom groups that were regularly meeting up face to face, so I decided to start my own. I’ve met so many friends this way. Our husbands have even hung out on their own. It helps to find a mom tribe for free date night babysitting exchanges, play dates at the park, monthly mom’s nights out, and random karaoke nights. It has been my joy and saving grace to have these women in my life, and I would never have met them if it wasn’t for starting a group.
