Some tips for each Halloween makeup look:
- For a simple mermaid look, go for a bright turquoise smoky eye, and a cool toned pastel lipstick and blush. Add some gem stickers.
- For the marionette doll look, put your hair up in pigtails, line the bottom waterline lid with bright white pencil liner, go heavy on the blush, and go for a berry lip placed only on the center of the lips. Put foundation or concealer on the rest of the lips to hide the lips further. Use fake lashes under your eye instead of on top.
- For the cute clown look, use a lipstick for the blush, apply in a circle, and don’t blend in. Keep lips bright and unblended, and only apply on the center of the lips. Put foundation or concealer on the rest of the lips to hide the lips further. Keep the rest of the makeup simple.
- For the half skull look, I used this tutorial, but I went into more detail with the teeth and used this picture for inspiration.
