Besides sugar cookies which require kids to roll out dough, make cookie shapes, and then add frosting, most cookie recipes are kinda boring! Mom is measuring, and they are just dumping and mixing (think chocolate chip cookie recipe) This is why I love making these cookies with my kiddos:
Kids love rolling cookies in sugar, unwrapping Hershey’s Kisses, and smashing the chocolate onto a warm cookie fresh from the oven. Lots of fun things to do besides dump and mix. You can find the yummy recipe here! Of course they are also mommy approved as I love chocolate and peanut butter together.
What things do you like to make with your kiddos in the kitchen? I’d love to know!
