This is probably just the Filipino in me, but my favorite way to eat fish ever is just to salt and pepper it and fry it! You don’t even need to deep fry it. You just need enough oil to cover the bottom of whatever pan you’re using. Fry it until you see brown on the edges and then flip it over. I learned this cool super easy trick from a patient when I was working at an acupuncturist’s office. I had no idea that if you fry fish (no breading, again just salt and pepper) it would turn crispy and was delicious on it’s own!
