Have you heard this beautiful, sad song? It’s my mood at the moment. This year has been tough, and this week I’ve been feeling the stress of having the boys around 24/7 without help from family and having friends so far away.
What do you do when you have a rough day? If I’m not diving into the fridge, I’m asking Nate to help me out at the end of the day. That really helps just to have a little break from the normal. I hope you’re having a better day, but if not, here are a couple reminders of above all to be gentle with yourself. It’s a good reminder for me too.
