Tiredness in Pregnancy
For a while I was not having any caffeine during this pregnancy because I was so nauseous with the thought of coffee. Then I went to decaf once the nausea subsided. I found myself so tired all the time still. I took a suggestion from a lady in my mom’s group to drink sweetened green tea and it has been the best thing for having energy during this pregnancy! It has less caffeine than a cup of coffee and has so many more health benefits including antioxidants.

I’ve tried different green tea varieties, but I’m currently loving this one by Steep
the best. It’s more flavorful and less bitter to me than some other varieties. It’s also organic. I also use organic liquid stevia
— a whole dropper full. I want the perk of the caffeine without the roller coaster blood sugar high and drop of sugar. This combo is what I look forward to sipping in a hot mug every morning. Try it! And I’ve heard it’s best to wait an hour to drink caffeine in the mornings.
